Excellent quality and attention to detail. Material is thick and durable, printing is clean and precise, and sizing is consistent. Communication was fast and professional, with updates provided at every stage. Very happy with the service and final product. Highly recommend.

The supplier is not professional for several reasons: 1. They do not pay attention to details: I sent them a techpack with all the instructions yet the hoodie had to be re-worked 3 times including using seperate fabric pieces. When I mentioned that, Laite Chen became very ignorant instead of providing a fair solution and accepting her mistakes. 2. The supplier did not ship the item based on what was agreed upon: Laite Chen lied, postponed the shipping time and did not follow what was agreed upon. After some time she became unresponsive. 3. The hoodie instructions such as: size and stitching style was not followed. The supplier first printed what looked like a cheap and very different print, when asked to follow the techpack they pushed me to accept what was printed "this is high quality". This whole thing was a pain in the butt but I managed to get a refund through AliBaba. If you want someone honest and professional, this is not the supplier to work with.
